Paul A. Salinas was born in Miami, Florida. He moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2018, where he attended the Stetson University College of Law. He earned his bachelor's degree from Florida International University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business, and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in Stetson, he gained a great amount of experience in personal injury and insurance defense as a law clerk for Banker Lopez Gassler P.A.

Paul was admitted as a member of the Florida Bar in September 2021.

At Savage Villoch Law, Paul's practice is focused on Third Party Insurance Defense, and he represents clients in cases throughout the state of Florida.

Paul enjoys travel, sports and spending time with his family, friends and Australian Shepherd Theo.
