
David M. Fried
AttorneyDavid Fried was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2004 majoring in History and minoring in Criminology. He has resided in the Tampa Bay area ever since.
David is a claims guy at heart. He worked for almost 18 years for an automobile insurance carrier both directly handling and supervising bodily injury and underinsured motorist bodily injury claims throughout Florida and Georgia. In 2018, David began attending law school while still working full time managing a team of claims adjusters.
David graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2022. While in law school, David received the Certificate of Merit (top grade in the class) in Torts I, Property I and II, and Florida Family Law. While in school, he was an editor on the law review and won an intraschool trial competition.
David was admitted as a member of the Florida bar in April 2023.
At Savage Villoch Law, David handles First and Third Party Insurance Defense and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense. He represents clients in cases throughout the state of Florida.
David is married and has three children. In his free time, David enjoys family and friends, traveling, and sports. He is a big Gator Football fan.
