Katie Norris was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University majoring in Criminology and minoring in History. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. While in school, she gained experience at the 2nd Circuit Public Defender's office, Lee County Sheriff's Office, and private firms in the Tampa area as a legal intern.

Katie was admitted as a member of the Florida Bar in April 2023.

At Savage Villoch Law, Katie's practice is focused on Third Party Insurance Defense and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense, and represents clients in cases throughout the state of Florida.

Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating, and her two dogs, Roscoe and Duke, and cat, Olive.
