
Cara F. Morehouse
AttorneyCara specializes in the areas of Declaratory Actions, Windshield/Glass litigation, and Personal Injury Protection defense, including, SIU/Fraud, medical coding issues, fee schedule disputes, and Examinations Under Oath. Cara joined the firm after practicing Personal Injury Protection defense and handling automobile and motorized vehicle matters for major national insurance carriers. Prior to practicing insurance defense, Cara represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of litigation cases, primarily including, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home, insurance disputes, and class actions.
Cara was born in Polk County, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Minor in Economics. While in law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, Cara was actively involved in volunteering her time and skill as a member of the Pro Bono community as a member of the Trust and Estates Clinic. Also, Cara represented Florida Coastal School of Law while competing against teams from across the country in the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition.
Cara is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. Middle District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
